Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
We allow up to 2 pets per home with a 60 pound weight limit per pet. Please keep in mind that the following breed restrictions apply and no exotic animals are permitted: Akita, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Beauceron, Belgian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Black Russian Terrier, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chinese Shar Pei, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogue De Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, or Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard and Wolf Mixed Breeds.

Pay no attention to all the past/low reviews because the new owners/leasing office is amazing! Dustin is always so welcoming and helpful plus everyone in the office is very professional. The property is cleaned and maintained daily. Highly recommend living in this community!

Let me first say that you should disregard past reviews. I moved into Cuvée in mid March 2024 despite past reviews. I realized they are under new management. I took a chance moving across country and it has been nothing but a great experience here. There is garbage pickup 2x a week and cleaning ladies in common areas every day. Hallways are always clean and the maintenance crew came over the day I mentioned a minimal issue.

Very nice place with nice surrounding areas! The gym and pool are nice and I love the staff! :) The guest parking could be better but besides that I have no complaints!
